Customer can opt for a full refund of amount via Credit Voucher also without deduction of Bank charges, which can be utilized in future. If the customer cancels or asks for a refund of the online paid order, the amount will be returned after deduction of bank charges & service charges which equals to 5%. JB Saeed will fully facilitate its customer to resolve the matter. In case of any dispute of online payment, JB Saeed Home & Hardware will not be liable for any loss. The goods returned/exchanged must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.Īll online payments are processed with Third Party channels. Goods can be returned in case of variation in quantity ordered or in case of incorrect article being dispatched.
